  1. Where are the products manufactured?

Our Workshop is located in Hong Kong. The Cashmere is from one of the world’s best cashmere farm in Mongolia. All buttons are passed the chemical test of EU standard

 

  1. How can I choose my size?

Pls refer to our measurement list for details which is Europe standard size

 

  1. Do you deliver your products abroad?

Yes, we deliver our goods worldwide

 

  1. Has my order been successful?

All successful order transactions will receive an order confirmation email within one day. If you have not received your order confirmation email, check your email junk or spam folder. Alternatively, log in to your account to check My Orders. If you do not have an account yet, you can create a new account.

  1. Can I change my order?

In order to change an element of your order, you have a 24-hour delay. You have to contact our customer department by mail at cs@cashmerefamily.com and inform us about your changes.

 

  1. What payment types do we accept?

We accept Paypal and Credit cards.

 

  1. What is the currency for pricing?

All pricing is in US Dollars

 

  1. How long does delivery takes?

In general, it takes 3-4weeks. Pls refer to Delivery for details

 

  1. How can I track my order?

You can check your order status in My Orders.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking ID number and link.

 

  1. How do I change my delivery address after my order has been placed ?

We process and pack your order as fast as possible. Your delivery address can only be changed as long as your order has not been shipped. To change your delivery address, contact our customer department by mail at cs@cashmerefamily.com

 

  1. How do I create a new account

An account is automatically set up for you when you make your first purchase. If you checked out as a guest, simply set a password to access your account. Alternatively, create a new account

 

  1. How do I update my details on my account?

Simply Log in and edit My details

 

  1. Will my information be sold to third party?

Your information will not be sold or passed on to third parties. Your privacy is important to us.
