  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to proven quality or manufacturing problems, we offer free returns.
  • If you decide to return any item(s), you must notify us by email within 2 working days of receiving goods. Remember showing us the pictures with the defects. Failure to do so will result in the parcel being considered delivered in a good condition and cannot be the subject of any subsequent dispute whatever.
  • The Customer must return the defective item(s) within a maximum period of 14 days as of the date of delivery, to the following address:
  • Any products, to be exchanged or refunded, must be returned in both its original condition and its packaging, and shall contain the product as a whole with its accessories if applicable.
  • Any risks or damages related to the return of the product are the buyer entire responsibility.
  • When we have received your returned item(s) we will send you an email to confirm your refund, which will be processed within 7 working days of receipt.
  • we will refund, include the original shipping charge, by your original payment method.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid by customer, C.O.D deliveries are not accepted.
